- Manufactured: October 1969, Chassis # R7130, Colour: Ivory
- I purchased this car in 1996 and completely rebuilt it to Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) Group S (Historic Production Sports Cars) specification. CAMS Log Book.
- I first raced it in 1996 but have now retired from circuit racing although I still compete in tarmac rallies in another car (classic 1982 BMW).
- This car has competed successfully in supersprints, tarmac rallies and especially historic races where it is a very competitive car with over 60 outright podium finishes, including 26 wins and 30 seconds plus many more class wins.
- When racing it has always been among the front runners including many more fancied and powerful competitors such as Porsche 911 Carerras, Chevrolet Corvettes, Shelby Mustangs, De Tomasos, Datsun 240Zs, TVRs, Marcos, and big Healeys.
- It still holds the class lap record for the awesome Mt Panorama circuit, Bathurst.
- It is a fantastic car to drive, has an exhaust note to make enthusiasts weak at the knees and is ready for racing or classic rallying.
